Villa 44 is a contemporary villa set on 2.5 acres land full of mature indigenous trees. The large windows, glass exterior doors and glass balcony railing set a stage for a spectacular show of reflection from the luscious greenery around. The elevated pool ensures that no shadow shall set on the pool deck from the existing site trees.
